Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.

Method
Add mint leaves to high ball glass and press with muddler. Add ginger syrup, lemon juice, and gin. Add ice and stir. Top off with Ginger Ale and garnish with mint.
