Ingredients
Method
Add the citrus (orange and lime juice) to your shaker. Then the honey syrup and ginger syrup. Next the Falernum, then all three rums. Finally, a couple dashes of Angostura Bitters. Add a generous amount of crushed ice and shake. Open pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Add a splash of club soda (carbonated water) if desired and enjoy!

1 dash Absinthe - Pernod Ricard Absinthe

Ingredients
Method
Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour in the orange and lime juices, followed by the Falernum. Then the Fassionola syrup, and a dash of grenadine (for the color.) Follow that with a dash of both Absinthe and Angostura bitters. Finally, add the overproof Demerara rum and the dark Jamaican rum. Swizzle in the glass until the color is uniform. Top off with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick. The cinnamon is key!

1/2 ounce peach brandy
1 ounce Puerto Rican rum - Bacardi Gold

Ingredients
Method
Put 3/4 cup crushed ice in a blender. Add the lime and then the honey syrup, followed by the fresh pineapple and the mint leaves. Add the brandy and the rum, and blend it up until it's nice and frothy.
Pour into a coupe and garnish with a mint sprig.

.25 cup passion fruit juice
.25 cup papaya juice
.5 cup tart cherry juice
.5 cup orange juice
.5 cup guava juice
.5 cup canned pineapple juice
In a saucepan combine all of the ingredients except for the fresh pineapple juice. Bring the syrup to a strong simmer, then remove from the heat and cool. After the syrup has fully cooled, whisk in the fresh pineapple juice. Funnel the syrup into a swing-top bottle or pour into a 32-oz Mason jar and refrigerate. The syrup will keep for up to one month in a refrigerator.
